SHIPPING POLICY
It is each customer's responsibility to provide an exact name and address for each order placed via our web shop. We are not responsible in any case where the customer had provided incorrect or incomplete information. If an order is not delivered or if it is returned to us due to an error with name or address, the buyer is responsible for any fees. If the customer wants us to return the package that has been returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs
When the order has been processed and sent to the post office, the customer will receive a confirmation message that the item has been sent. Once the items have been sent, VrosyAccessories is not responsible for items not being received.
Delivery time varies depending on destination, it can be between 5-10 working days when the order has been sent to the post office. If an order is placed late on a Friday or during a weekend / holiday, the order will be sent out the next working day.
If the customs in the country of destination charges some form of fee, the buyer is fully responsible for such fee. All our products are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. No return or refund will be made unless the product is defective.
